Assisted Apply (“we,” “us”) operates JobBot, a human-in-the-loop AI job application agent. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use www.assistedapply.com and app.assistedapply.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: Name, email, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Profile & resume: Work history, skills, education, and documents you upload for application automation.
• Job preferences: Titles, locations, salary range, provider settings, and apply limits.
• Answer Library: Reusable responses you save for screening questions.
• Application data: Job listings, submission status, timelines, and screenshots from apply runs on LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
• Usage & analytics: Pages visited, feature usage, and device/browser metadata (see Cookie Policy).

3. How we use data

We use your data to:

• Discover and score job matches based on your profile and preferences.
• Prepare and submit applications through browser automation on supported providers.
• Route CAPTCHAs, MFA, and unknown questions to your Attention Queue.
• Maintain application history and improve product reliability.
• Respond to support requests and send product updates you opt into.

4. Provider connections

When you connect LinkedIn, Indeed, or Naukri via Assisted Sign-In or our Chrome extension, session tokens are stored securely to run automation in your account. We do not sell your credentials or application data to third parties.

5. AI processing

We may use third-party AI providers to score job fit and draft application answers. Data sent for inference is used to deliver the service and is not used to train public models without your consent where required by our vendor agreements.

6. Retention & deletion

We retain account and application data while your account is active. You may request export or deletion by contacting support@assistedapply.com. We process requests within 30 days unless law requires longer retention.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us at support@assistedapply.com to exercise these rights.
