1. Acceptance
By using Assisted Apply or JobBot at app.assistedapply.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Assisted Apply is an AI job application agent that provides job discovery, match scoring, and automated job applications for LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri. JobBot fills applications using your profile and Answer Library and pauses for human input when required (CAPTCHA, MFA, unknown questions).
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate profile and resume information.
- Review jobs before queuing apply runs when you choose manual review mode.
- Respond to Attention Queue items promptly so applications can complete.
- Comply with each job board's terms of service and applicable laws.
- Do not use the service to misrepresent your qualifications or impersonate others.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@assistedapply.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or provider integrations.
- Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or Attention Queue safeguards.
- Use automation to spam employers or submit fraudulent applications.
- Resell access without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or that every application will succeed. Job boards may change flows, block automation, or reject submissions. You are responsible for verifying application content before it is submitted where the product allows review.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
